Yesterday, I met our wedding photographer and now friend, Laurie Peacock for lunch at m.henry in Andersonville. We had Luke’s 1 year photo session with Laurie on Sunday, and I figured it would be great if we caught it up m.henry. Laurie and I were able to catch up on everything and she even gave me some photography tips.

My favorite item on the menu is the blackberry bliss cakes because it has the best ingredients (fluffy hotcakes layered w/warm blackberries and vanilla mascarpone cream, & topped w/a brown sugar & oat crust) and so unique. The menu said it should be shared but I finished the whole thing myself (with a side of bacon, of course).

I was able to practice my photography (with Laurie’s help) and here is the finished product.
